✿Shipping Policy✿

All orders have a 3-9 business day processing time. I do my best to get orders shipped out ASAP. Customs I will try to ship within a Two week period. All of my orders are Lasercut in house by myself so processing time for customs could eb longer.

All Australian and international orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking information email at the time of dispatch. 

All Australian orders over $90 qualifies for Free standard Australian post delivery.

Please Email me ASAP if your order has arrived broken or is Faulty so I can send a replacement ASAP or help to resolve the problem. 

Earrings that are not cared for properly will get general wear and tear. Check out our care instructions page for more information.
